About The Company

The Birth of an Idea

MindClings began in 2005 with an idea that addressed the need to more fully absorb new ideas about business development. In the words of Founding Partner Tracy Dacko: “I had recently finished a leadership program led by my business coach, Mark Green, that required me to adopt a new approach and some different habits. Being a very visual person, I wanted a simple, in-your-face reminder to reinforce these new ideas and make them stick. I started developing a product that would do this for me and relayed the idea to Mark. He loved it and asked if I wanted a partner. That was the beginning of MindClings.”

Over the next few years, Tracy and Mark developed the product and an online presence while both were working full-time on their respective businesses. In late 2010, Tracy sold her marketing communications firm to concentrate full-force on growing MindClings.

The People Behind the Idea

I've been studying personal and professional development for more than 20 years. It has been a passion – almost a religion – that provides inspiration and guidance in both my personal and business decisions. I have learned a lot about myself over the past decades and I have many authors and speakers to thank for that, as well as my husband, Jason, and son, Christopher, who teach and inspire me every single day.

After earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Trenton State College, I worked for both design firms and international corporations. In 2001, I began my entrepreneurial journey by opening a branding and marketing communications firm. Over the next nine years, I learned a tremendous amount about running and growing a business, dealing with customers, leading other people and building my professional network. We won many regional and national awards, and earned a solid reputation amongst our clients and business partners. In 2010, it was becoming clear that my marketing firm wasn't offering the professional fulfillment I craved. So later that year, I sold the business and turned my attention to building my second company, MindClings, into a success story.

It took 18 years for me to make my passion for personal and professional development into my career. Now I look forward to coming to work every day, knowing we're building a company that will encourage people to strengthen their mindset and go after their dreams. Individually, we can accomplish so much more when our beliefs support us, but collectively, the power of strong, focused minds can literally change the world. If you're like me – hell-bent on continually improving yourself, your situation and the lives of others – I invite you to reach out, join in and start building a stronger mindset today!

It took me 34 years to figure out my true calling in life. It took me another 5 to figure out that the primary obstacles to the success I wanted existed only between my ears. Since then, I’ve never looked back.

Tracy and I created MindClings to help others accelerate their success. For me personally, it’s a mission to give as many people as possible the gift of time; to not have to wait as long as I did to realize more of their full potential. Please help us spread the word!

As founder of my primary business, Performance Dynamics Group, I coach and consult with business leaders to help them execute a proven, easy-to-implement framework to grow faster and more profitably, while expending less effort and less time. My specialty? Helping middle market businesses that are stuck in the “Growth Trap” – the CEO is obsessed with creating growth, but cannot predictably generate the growth, financial, or quality of life results he or she wants through the organization.

I am a senior coach with and advisor to internationally-recognized Gazelles International, founded by Verne Harnish author of “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits,” and am an affiliate of Objective Management Group (OMG) – the pioneer and industry leader in sales force evaluations and sales candidate screening. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. I live in Green Brook, New Jersey, with my wife, Stephanie, and three sons – Bailey, Jordan, and Casey.
